I've always been into sports since I was a kid; swimming, basketball and volleyball were among my favourites. When I grew up I started to lift weights and the passion for this discipline lead me to channel it towards sports and fitness into my daily job: that's why I decided to become a personal trainer.
I'm specialised in Strength and conditioning, Kettlebells, functional training, weight loss, nutrition, wellness, and wellbeing.
I'm a CVQ Level 3 fully qualified and REPs registered personal trainer with 7 years of experience in the fitness industry.
